The Flexible Eating + Intermittent Fasting Method provides A customized Accountability Coaching Plan For Women
 

1. Flexible Eating:We will be Tracking Calories/Macronutrients ,this creates awareness in order to make sure you are in a caloric deficit[if your goal is to achieve fat loss] without feeling deprived or restricted

-You will be provided with a daily macro budget. You will discover flexibility and control to enjoy foods you like, adding up to your prescribed calorie and macro budget each day.

I suggest eating whole, nutrient dense, minimally processed foods,prioritizing protein and allowing a daily planned ‘treat’ 

[example : a cookie, chocolate, glass of wine etc]

All planned within your daily planned ‘macro-budget’you will enjoy flexibility and control to eat the foods you like, adding up to your prescribed calorie and macro numbers each day.

This method enables you to break free of the restrictive "dieting"mentality that most of us women have endured over the past several years.

2. Intermittent Fasting:

Eating your daily calories within a condensed eating window.

I typically suggest an eating window of five to eight hours.

You can begin  by simply ending all of your eating for the night at 8PM and not having your next meal/food/caloric beverages until 10:00-12:00 PM the following day.

*This allows your body to rest from digesting & breaking down food as well as assisting in burning stored body fat. 

*We can work on a specific individualized 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 strategy that works best for for you and your lifestyle,job,family etc.

3. Positive Mindset Shifts: In order to help you create a sustainable Lifestyle...and delete the “on/off...on/off” dieting mentality,we work on habit change and positivity.

My coaching support provides you with weekly accountability and check-ins as well as specific strategies that can be implemented into 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 in order for you to be successful long term.

As I realize we all have different schedules, family obligations, stress, workouts,food preferences etc.
